Shalin Tripathi

Shalin Tripathi is a board member of the Canadian Consumer Finance Association and has over 20 years of experience in the sales industry. Shalin has worked for companies such as Allstate Canada and Bell, where they were head of sales and operations for direct and e-commerce channels. In their current role, they are responsible for Bell's wireless consumer direct and e-commerce channels. Under their leadership, the company has seen growth of 30% year-over-year while decreasing the cost of acquisition. Shalin has also led the scaling of Omni channels by 25% with e-commerce and face-to-face sales strategies.

Shalin Tripathi has a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Toronto.
