As director of ITS Product Delivery, Herbet Brasileiro provides leadership and direction for the delivery of high-quality applications and services to support CIHI’s corporate objectives. He oversees the building, enhancing and supporting of health information databases and also provides critical business management solutions for CIHI employees to facilitate the delivery of our products and services. Mr. Brasileiro has been instrumental in the determining of the enterprise architecture, which became the CIHI Blueprint, and the roadmap for integrated eReporting/health system performance products.
With more than 25 years of experience in software development, Mr. Brasileiro joined CIHI in 1999 as a senior programmer analyst and has since worked in many capacities in the Information Technology Services branch, most recently as manager of Architecture and Standards. Prior to joining CIHI, Mr. Brasileiro worked as a consultant in Brazil. He holds an undergraduate degree in computer science and an MBA from Schulich School of Business.
