Beth C. is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Executive Director at Parkdale Food Centre, focusing on community food and programming initiatives since January 2024. Additionally, Beth holds the position of Patient Engagement in Research Ambassador for the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, advocating for patient voices in research since November 2022. As the inaugural Chair of the Patient and Family Advisory Council at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, Beth has played a key role in strategic planning and research review from February 2021 to May 2024.
