Caitlyn Connolly

Caitlyn Connolly is an experienced educator currently serving as a Grade 5 Teacher and Head of Grade Level at the Canadian International School in Singapore, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of nine teachers and 170 students while implementing division-wide initiatives to enhance teaching practices and student performance. With a background that includes roles such as Head Teacher for Grade 3 and literacy and math intervention at Children's Day School, Caitlyn has consistently utilized inquiry-based and constructivist teaching approaches while collaborating with educators to deliver differentiated instruction. Previous experience spans various teaching positions in different educational settings, including roles at Shanghai Community International School, the Archdiocese of San Francisco, and Rosa Parks Elementary School.
