Kashmera Self is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, strategy, and innovation within the financial and technological sectors. Currently serving as Head & Vice President of Product (Real-Time Payments & Fraud) at Interac Corp., Kashmera has held various senior roles, including Vice President of Strategy & Innovation and AVP of Strategy & Emerging Solutions Delivery. In addition to leadership at Interac, Kashmera contributes as a Consumer Advisory Member for the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and as a Board Director for Hasty Market Corp. A principal management consultant since 2007, Kashmera has also engaged with organizations such as CIRA and the Economic Club of Canada and participated in initiatives promoting women's representation in payments. Educational credentials include multiple certificates from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, among other institutions, focusing on executive leadership and strategy.
