Kyle Brown has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kyle started their career as an Analyst at Scotiabank, where they conducted market research and compiled data for database management. Kyle then worked as a Business Planning Analyst at Hydro One, where they created a cost savings initiatives process and presented financial analysis. Later, they joined Fundata Canada as a Manager, Marketing & Client Relations, where they supported and grew the client base while implementing advertising and promotion plans. Kyle then joined MD Physician Services as an Online Channel Manager, responsible for the continuous improvement of their websites. Kyle moved to the Canadian Medical Association as an Online Channel Analyst, focusing on website analytics. Kyle'ssubsequent role with Joule Inc. included being a Senior Advisor involved in business intelligence, strategy, and the development and administration of the Joule Innovation Grant program. Kyle is currently the Director of Physician Wellness & Medical Culture at the Canadian Medical Association.

Kyle Brown attended Brock University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained an Hon. BBA Co-op degree with a concentration in Marketing. Before attending university, they completed their high school education at Dunbarton High School, earning an OSSD. Additionally, Kyle has obtained several certifications, including an Advanced Design Thinking Certificate from IDEO in 2020 and various certifications related to design thinking and creativity from IDEO in 2018 and 2019. Kyle also completed the Canadian Investment Funds Course at the Investment Funds Institute of Canada, although the dates are not specified.
