Jean-Francois Migneault

Jean-Francois Migneault has extensive experience in labor relations, currently serving as the Manager of Labour Relations at CN since September 2008. Previously, Jean-Francois held the position of Track Maintenance Foreman within the same company. Additionally, from June 2018 to November 2022, Jean-Francois was the President of USW Local 2004, where responsibilities included negotiating collective agreements, settling grievances, and interpreting collective agreements. Jean-Francois also served as Chief Steward and Vice-President of USW Local 2004 from December 2015 to October 2017.
