Jody Evely

Jody Evely currently serves as Assistant Vice-President and US General Counsel at CN, a position held since May 2008, and also holds the title of Regional Counsel and Director of Litigation for Canada. Prior experience includes working as a lawyer at Parlee McLaws from January 2006 to May 2008, and at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP from June 1994 to December 2004. Jody Evely obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, completing studies from 1990 to 1994.
