Qiao Li

Qiao Li has over 20 years of experience in software development and design, currently serving as an Expert Software Developer at CN since January 2019, where Qiao leads a development team for the architecture and technologies supporting the Capacity, Performance, and Reliability testing of the $1.4 billion Positive Train Control system. Prior to CN, Qiao worked at Nuance Communications Canada as a Senior Software Developer, focusing on quality automation toolsets for cloud services and AI, and held a position at Ericsson Canada as a Senior Software Developer, contributing to the IP Multimedia Subsystem Call Session Control Function project. Earlier experience includes designing web-based systems at Motorola Canada Software Center. Qiao holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, both from Concordia University.
