Burton Rawling has extensive experience in engineering operations across various sectors, primarily in oil and gas and power generation. Currently serving as a Shift Engineer and Shift Team Lead at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) since July 2018, Burton contributes significantly to the 120,000 BOED Jackfish SAGD Facility. Previously, Burton held the position of Operations Readiness Manager at MEG Energy Corp., overseeing major capital projects. Earlier roles include Production Area Leader at TransAlta, Thermal Plant Operating Technician at BC Hydro, and Shift Engineer at multiple facilities. Burton holds a 2nd Class Power Engineer degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
