Cam Hambly

Cam Hambly, P.Eng, is an experienced completions engineer at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) since June 2015, with responsibilities including planning and executing multi-stage hydraulic fracturing and well optimization in the Deep Basin region of Alberta. Previous roles at CNRL include Well Abandonments Engineer, focusing on wellbore decommissioning and repair, and Field Production Engineer, where optimization and problem-solving in production processes were key. Cam's early career involved various engineering student positions at CNRL and Altus Environmental Engineering Ltd., gaining hands-on experience in well operations and air quality assessments. Cam holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary, completed in 2015.
