Fatima Kuhrmeier

Fatima Kuhrmeier, MSc., P.Geo, is a skilled hydrogeologist with extensive experience in water resource assessment, groundwater modelling, and environmental geoscience. Currently employed as a hydrogeologist at Canadian Natural Resources Limited since April 2024, Fatima's previous roles include hydrogeologist and groundwater modeller at Millennium EMS Solutions Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed hydrogeological studies and contaminant modelling. An academic background includes a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology and Environmental Geoscience from The University of Göttingen, where research involved the development of numerical groundwater models. Additional experience includes positions at Statoil, the Alberta Energy Regulator, and CUPS, with early roles focusing on geoscience and data management. Fatima's education also includes a Bachelor of Geology from Mount Royal University and studies in Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta.
