Gabriel Carpo has a diverse work experience spanning over the past three decades. Gabriel began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Nuclearmontaj SA, where they worked on construction projects for the nuclear power industry. Gabriel then moved on to various roles at Coca-Cola Ozgorkey, including Marketing Supervisor and Marketing Manager. Carpo's expertise in marketing led him to work at Coca-Cola HBC, where they served as a Region Marketing Manager and later as the National Trade Marketing Manager. In 2006, Carpo joined Shell Canada Energy as a Project Turnover Coordinator and subsequently took on roles such as Management of Change Coordinator, Engineering Services Coordinator, and Project Controls Supervisor. Gabriel then transitioned to Shell Canada as a Project Services Lead before joining Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) as a Project Lead in 2017. Throughout their career, Carpo has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully executing large-scale projects.

Gabriel Carpo attended Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania from 1989 to 2004, where they earned a Licentiate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at Mircea cel Batrin High School of Constanta, Romania from 1984 to 1988 where they completed their Bacalaureate in Mathematics, Physics, and Mechanics. Gabriel Carpo began their education at Scoala generala 18 of Constanta, Romania from 1976 to 1984, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
