Shawn B.

Shawn B. is an experienced Senior Production Operator and Control Room Operator at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) since June 2019, contributing to operations management and safety initiatives following the acquisition of Devon Canada. Prior to CNRL, Shawn worked as a Control Room Operator at Devon Canada from August 2011 to June 2019, handling a -40,000 bbl/d SAGD facility and mentoring operators across various functions. Earlier, Shawn gained experience as a Panel Operator at Alberta Pacific Forest Industries Inc. from May 2007 to August 2011, working in the Chemical Recovery and Utilities plant. Shawn holds a 3rd class power engineering certificate from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed between 2005 and 2007.
