At Amazon, Karim's roles included Area Operations Manager, where the launch of Canada’s largest delivery station occurred, and various other logistics and transportation positions that established critical networks and operations across Eastern Canada. Earlier experience at Avjet Holding involved enhancing customer experience strategies and managing customer service teams. Karim holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Concordia University and a Collegiate Degree in Social Sciences from John Abbott College.
