Todd Ryan has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having served as a Customer Service Agent at Canadian North since May 2016, where responsibilities include checking in passengers and managing gate operations for flights. Prior to this role, Todd held a similar position at First Air from January 2012 to September 2015 and also worked as a Flight Attendant, ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations. Todd is currently pursuing a degree in First Peoples Aviation Technology at Canadore College, expected to be completed in December 2023, and previously studied Aviation Fundamentals at the same institution.
