William Ulicny

William Ulicny has a distinguished career in national security and nuclear forensics, having held key leadership roles in organizations such as the Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, U.S. Department of Energy, and Department of Homeland Security. William'sexperience includes strategic planning, budget oversight, team leadership, and fostering partnerships to enhance national and global security initiatives. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to leveraging innovative technologies to safeguard critical infrastructure and classified networks.

William Ulicny completed their Bachelor of Science in Physics at Carnegie Mellon University in 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Radiation Health at the University of Pittsburgh, finishing in 1990. William also obtained certifications in Acquisition Program Management and Contracting Officer's Representation from the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Acquisition Institute in 2013 and 2011, respectively. Additionally, they participated in a course on Strategic Planning for Federal Agencies.
