Caryn McGilvray

Caryn McGilvray is a results-oriented professional with significant experience in project and change management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Manager of the Delivery Management Office and Acting Director of Strategy and Partnerships at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer, Caryn has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, overseeing strategic initiatives, and enhancing engagement and project delivery. Previous roles include Program Specialist and Senior Analyst at eHealth Ontario, where Caryn developed resource forecasting processes and facilitated a platform for software development within Ontario's digital healthcare infrastructure. Caryn’s early experience includes a project assistant role at the Institute of Cultural Affairs Tanzania, supported by a grant from the Canadian International Development Agency. Caryn holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy and International Development from the University of Toronto.
