As a seasoned production manager with nearly a decade of experience, Innocent has honed his decision-making, people management, and communication skills. He has a proven track record of overseeing production and operational statistics to make improvements and drive greater efficiency among all national production employees.

In his current role as Operations Director, Innocent plays a critical role in overseeing the manufacturing process. He ensures that production, performance, and quality standards are met, while also assisting the Chief Operating Officer with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and new and advanced technology implementation.
