Lilia Trombetti

Lilia Trombetti currently serves as the Head of Human Resources - Director General at CRTC since September 2017. Prior to this role, Lilia Trombetti held multiple executive positions within the Canada Border Services Agency from 2006 to 2017, including Executive Director of Ethics and Employee Support, Executive Director of Client Services, Director General of Branch Integration and Renewal, Director of Adjudications, and Director of Leadership and Well-being Programs. Lilia Trombetti earned a Maîtrise in Sciences de l'information et de la communication from Université Grenoble Alpes in 1997 and a Bachelor of Journalism with Combined Honours in History from Carleton University in 1995.
