Cory Lamb

Cory Lamb is a seasoned professional in the aquatics and recreation field, currently serving as Manager Training Partner Development at the Canadian Red Cross since August 2019 after holding roles as Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. Prior experience includes a long tenure at the City of Pickering from September 2008 to June 2024 as a Supervisor, where leadership courses were conducted while ensuring adherence to Ontario Public Pools Regulations. Cory Lamb has also held positions such as Aquatics Director / Facility Rentals at Boys & Girls Club of Durham, Assistant Aquatic Programmer at City of Kawartha Lakes, and Supervisor at Boys & Girls Club of Durham, focusing on staff training, payroll management, and performance evaluation. Additional roles include Weekend Supervisor at Zodiac Swim School and Head Guard at Municipality of Clarington. Cory Lamb holds a College Diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services from Durham College and attended Trent University.
