James Richard McArthur is an accomplished Project Manager in Emergency Management at the Canadian Red Cross, where responsibilities include enhancing the readiness and response capacities of leading Canadian emergency NGOs. With extensive experience as a United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC) Member since 2018, James McArthur has contributed to numerous international disaster responses, such as the 2019 Cyclone Idai and the 2023 Türkiye-Syria earthquakes.
