Katrina McGaughey

Katrina McGaughey is a Communications Specialist at the Canadian Union of Public Employees since July 2023 and concurrently serves as a Program Assistant at CBC/Radio-Canada. Previously, Katrina worked as a Journalist and Visuals Editor for the Ryerson Review of Journalism, along with positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Creative School at Ryerson University. Katrina has extensive experience in the fashion industry, having modeled for Montage Models & Spot 6 Management from 2013 to 2023. Additional roles include contributing to FASHION Magazine, working as a Public Relations Assistant for JLPR, and interning at Social Ventures Zone. Educational credentials include a Master of Journalism from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Media Production from the same institution, as well as a DEC in Creative Arts from Dawson College.
