Vanessa Noga

Vanessa Noga is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in credit support operations and business transformation, currently serving as Vice President at Canadian Western Bank since September 2015. Previously, Vanessa held various leadership roles at RBC Royal Bank from June 1990 to July 2015, achieving notable recognition such as induction into the RBC BC Regional President's Circle in 2014 and receiving several awards for excellence, including the 2013 Partner Award and the 2012 Diversity Award. Vanessa was also a co-founder and co-chair of the RBC BC Women's Employee Resource Group. In addition, Vanessa served as President of the Association of Women in Finance from 2010 to 2013. Vanessa holds an MBA in Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University, obtained in 1993, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Finance from the same institution, completed in 1990.
