Laura Cáceres Jiménez

Laura Cáceres Jiménez is a water scientist and water quality R&D project manager with extensive experience in environmental analysis and project management. Currently employed at Canal de Isabel II since January 2019, Laura focuses on applying new technologies and predictive modeling to enhance water quality in reservoirs. Prior roles include a water scientist at AECOM, where participation in various water quality studies and compliance assessments took place, and earlier positions at Canal de Isabel II, where Laura provided training in limnology and monitored water quality in an ISO-accredited laboratory. Laura’s academic background includes ongoing doctoral studies in Environmental Engineering Technology at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, alongside multiple advanced degrees in water quality assessment and environmental sciences from prestigious institutions.
