Edwin Nateron has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering. EDWIN started their career in 2004 as a Fourth and Third Engineer at Evergreen Line and worked there until 2007. EDWIN then joined Panam Generating Limited as a Senior Maintenance Engineer for a few months before moving on to Maritima Del Norte as a Reefer Second Engineer. In 2012, Edwin worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. as an Environmental Engineer. EDWIN then joined Viking Recruitment Ltd as an Engineer in 2015. In 2008, they joined Prestige Cruise Holdings as a First Engineer and worked there until 2021. Currently, Edwin is employed at Canal de Panamá as the Chief Engineer.

Edwin Nateron holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Columbus University Panamá, which they obtained in the period between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, between 2000 and 2004, they completed their Engineer's degree in Marine Engineering at the same institution. In this degree, they specialized in Mechanical and Marine Engineering, focusing on Marine Engineering and Maritime Transportation.
