Sian Palmer-Ferry

Sian Palmer-Ferry is an accomplished community development professional currently serving as the Community Development Manager at Canal & River Trust since July 2013, leading initiatives focused on community engagement and wellbeing in London and the South-East. Sian's extensive experience includes roles as Strategic Programmes Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager, where Sian managed various high-profile projects and strategic programmes to enhance the use of waterways. Prior to joining Canal & River Trust, Sian volunteered as the London Volunteer Coordinator at Casa Alianza UK and worked as a Project Manager at Independent Media Support, overseeing multilingual projects and managing a team of freelancers. Sian's educational background includes a Master's degree in Hispanic Studies from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and English literature from the University of Kent.
