Lt Col Rm P.

Lt Col RM P. has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Branch Head at Canam Consultants. Prior to this, they retired in 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Head of Administration at The Ramco Cements Limited. Before that, from 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Senior GM at Dangote Industries (Ethiopia) PLC. Other roles include Head Admin & Security at Phoenix Consulting Services in Kabul from 2015 to 2016 and Head Admin & Project Coordination at MGC Mining from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army for 19 years, occupying various Command and Staff positions. Lt Col RM also attended XLRI Jamshedpur as a student in 2007.

Lt Col RM P. has a diverse and comprehensive education history. In 1978-1979, they attended Govt Inter College Faizabad, UP, where they completed their Intermediate education, focusing on English, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. They then went on to study BA in English Literature at Karnatak University from 1983 to 1985.

In 1988-1990, Lt Col RM P. pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science and Government at Avadh University. Following this, they attended Defence Services Staff College in Wellington, Nilgiris, from 1997 to 1998, where they earned an M.Sc in Defence & Strategic Studies.

Continuing their education, Lt Col RM P. completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General, at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) in 2007. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a PG Certificate in General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
