Joy Ryen Plotnik

Joy Ryen Plotnik is an accomplished finance and legal professional with extensive experience in wealth management and trust services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Canandaigua National Bank since March 2018, Joy also holds the position of Senior Vice President for Wealth Premium Solutions. A trustee and Board Chair at The Strong since 1998, Joy has contributed to various organizations, including WXXI Public Broadcasting Council and Genesee Valley Trust Company, where responsibilities included President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer. Joy's background in law includes operating a private practice focused on estate planning, elder law, and estate administration from 1993 to 2008, complemented by a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA from Brandeis University.
