Pramod Somashekar

Pramod Somashekar has extensive experience in data science, engineering, and informatics, starting in 2010 with Medidata Solutions where they held various roles including Director of Data Science Platform & Engineering. Pramod built teams, developed products, and worked on mHealth projects. Moving to AstraZeneca in 2020 as a Product Manager, they transitioned to Senior Director at Canary Medical Inc. in 2021, overseeing engineering, data, and informatics.

Pramod Somashekar earned a BA in Game Design from the University of Advancing Technology in 2008. In 2010, they completed an MBA in Information Systems Management and Healthcare at Keller Graduate School of Management. Additionally, they pursued studies in Computer Science and Economics at Hunter College from 2003 to 2005 and explored Machine Learning at Stanford University in 2013.
