About the Role We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Executive Assistant to support a few members of our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing productivity and efficiency. In this role, you'll play an instrumental part in enabling our leaders to achieve their goals by streamlining their daily operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Scheduling Assistance
Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, including setting up, confirming, or rearranging appointments as necessary
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion
Liaise with other executives, internal teams, and external contacts to streamline scheduling
Travel Booking & Arrangements
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
Manage and process expense reports related to travels
Team Scheduling & Event Planning
Coordinate team meetings, offsites, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled and team members are informed
Assist in the preparation and organization of team-building events or departmental functions
Collaborate with other departments or teams as necessary to ensure seamless event planning
