Marianne H.

Global Head of Customer Care at Canary

Marianne H. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Marianne started their career at MGT Media LLC in 2000, where they worked as a Manager and Accountant for eight years. From there, they joined GM Financial Group Ltd. as an Accountant/Manager for two years. In 2011, they worked at Arvato as a Level 2 Team Lead, and later transitioned to arvato Customer Services as a Corporate Trainer for two years. In 2014, they joined BFS finance GmbH as an Accounts Receivable Specialist for two years. Marianne then moved on to TravelDeals24.net in 2016 as a Travel Editor for one year. Since 2017, Marianne has been working at Smartfrog & Canary (canary.is), initially as a Customer Care Manager/Marketing Communications Manager, and later taking on roles as Head of Customer Care US/UK and eventually as the Global Head of Customer Care.

Marianne H. has a degree in Gemology from the GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Marianne also has a background in Economics from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
