During these 3 and a half years, he have learned a lot and have always tried to combine the skills developed in the company, with those developed in university, two different worlds, but both to be known and understood in order to develop critical and managerial thinking. Later he specialized and developed sensitivity and skills in the management of algal cultures, in particular at the level of several green single-celled species. Finally, he would like to point out that, in terms of operational objectives achieved, the most important one was the ability to work in a team. He have always firmly believed in this way of working and over the years he have confronted day after day with colleagues, professors, technicians or simply workers in Italian, English and Spanish and he hope to improve his skills in this area more and more. Precisely for this reason his future goals are linked to personal growth with research and development at the center, up to the management of a close-knit team eager to know and experience, in one word curious, just like himself.
