Within the team he take care of planning and following the technical aspects of the production phases of each extract. Together with the team of the technical office he accompany the production of researches for the extraction of oils and essential oils from ever new raw materials. The study of industrial chemistry has guaranteed him a thorough knowledge of the chemistry of numerous commodities together with the knowledge of the main analysis techniques. Working in Exenia has allowed him to get to know different uncommon vegetable raw materials, it has given him the opportunity to learn how to get the best out of each material by focusing on the constant search for new techniques to optimize the extraction process.

He evaluate and select the best procedures to protect the molecules of interest or improve the yield during extraction.

The passion for discovering the innumerable potentials hidden in plants has given him a solid background on many wonderful plants and supercritical CO2 extraction technology. Between the noble plants with whichTHEwas lucky enough to work there are: the resin of Cammiphora myrrha, the rhizomes of Iris pallida, Garcinia mangosteen, G. cambogia, Myrciaria dubia, the fresh coffee beans, the tomato seeds and peels, hazelnuts, amaranth and many others.

His main job is to follow and manage the production: from warehouse management, from the preparation of raw materials to the post-production of the extracts. He take care of drawing up the production sheets for each batch produced and keeping the history so that it can be easily consulted for any needs. Together with the technical office and the management he prepare the final reports for the clients relating to research projects and feasibility studies. Lastly, THEdeal with the management of the maintenance of production machinery, checking compliance with the scheduling of maintenance interventions and THEact in case of need.

The goal for the future is to enrich his wealth of knowledge starting from the study of management in the production and research fields in order to learn how to effectively manage the ever increasing complexity. he would like to improve his communication skills to be able to convey clearly and always be understood. Furthermore, the most important goal, also to give continuity to the path that he started at university, is to be able to follow a master's degree to become Regulatory Affairs Specialist, a role that he believe is essential in a company where the management of all the chemicals and therefore concentrated extracts is essential. In this role he would bring an excellent ability to interface with people who together with chemical and regulatory knowledge would pose an important bulwark to the success of the company.
