Paul Bayley

Paul Bayley has extensive experience in property and facilities management, currently serving as Senior Property Manager and Terminal Property Manager at Canberra Airport since August 2017. Prior to this role, Paul was Facilities Manager at Scentre Group from June 2015 to August 2017, overseeing operations at Westfield Belconnen. Paul's previous experience includes serving as Engineering & Operations Manager at Mirvac, where significant projects included chiller replacement, sustainable LED lighting initiatives, and the refurbishment of a 5 Star NABERS award-winning asset at 10-20 Bond Street. Earlier in the career, Paul worked as Building Operations Supervisor at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2007 to 2012 and held the same role at D Group from 2005 to 2007, beginning the professional journey as a plumber. Paul holds a NSW HSC from Carroll College, completed in 2000.
