Customer Success Strategy and Operations Manager at Cancer IQ

Nathan Dollinger has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Lifeguard and Certified Swim Instructor at Inwood Athletic Club. In 2013, they became a Little Medical School Instructor, teaching after school classes to children from kindergarten to 4th grade. From 2015 to 2016, Nathan worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Gateway Ambulance. Nathan then worked as a Research Assistant at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they studied the life history of cancer genomes to improve cancer treatment. In 2017, Nathan was a Health Data Analyst at MIDWEST HEALTH INITIATIVE. Nathan then joined Luma Health as a Customer Success Associate, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Strategy and Operations Manager from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, Nathan joined CancerIQ as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Strategy and Operations Manager. Nathan is also the Founder and Host of The Future of Healthcare Podcast, which is focused on learning from current health professionals across the healthcare landscape to educate and inspire the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Nathan Dollinger received their Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and Biology from Saint Louis University in 2017. Nathan then went on to earn their Masters of Science in Health Data Science from Saint Louis University in 2018. Additionally, they hold a Nationally Certified EMT certification.
