Rick Stanton is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in bioinformatics and cancer research. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Cancer Patient Lab since March 2022, Rick focuses on empowering cancer patients through data-driven decisions. As a consultant at Rick Stanton Consulting, Rick specializes in cancer subtype matching for biopharma clients. Previous roles include Technical Solutions Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Technical Solutions Architect at Human Longevity, Inc., where Rick interpreted genomic variants and analyzed tumor microenvironments. Rick's earlier positions include contributions as a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer at JCVI and Principal Engineer at Amgen, where Rick facilitated high-throughput drug discovery. Rick holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
