Ian _

Ian has over 25 years of experience in learning and talent development, starting with various branch banking roles at RBS before moving into managerial and coaching positions. Ian then transitioned to RSA, where they worked on talent, leadership, and business skills curriculums. Most recently, Ian held roles at Cancer Research UK as Head of Learning and Talent Development and Learning & Development Business Partner.

Ian has pursued various educational programs over the years. In 2010, they earned a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills from the College of North East London. Following this, in 2011, they obtained a Diploma in Learning & Development Consultancy from The Training Foundation. Moving forward, in 2012, they completed a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies from Lambeth College, alongside a National Diploma Level 4 in Therapeutic Counselling from the same institution in 2014. Alongside their counseling studies, they also pursued a Certificate in Learning & Development Management in 2013 from The Training Foundation. Their educational journey culminated in 2016 as they obtained certification as a Certified Online Learning Facilitator from the Learning & Performance Institute.
