Mel Jones

Mel Jones is an experienced programme manager with a strong background in transformation and change management across various sectors, including media and healthcare. Currently serving as Transformation Programme Manager at Cancer Research UK since May 2025, Mel leads initiatives aimed at enhancing supporter engagement through personalized communications. Prior to this role, Mel managed significant transformation programmes at NOW and Sky, focusing on operational readiness and project delivery within the OTT space. Earlier experience includes service delivery and client management roles at Red Bee Media and the BBC, showcasing a robust history of managing complex projects and delivering strategic outcomes. Mel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Media Studies from De Montfort University.
