John Morgan

John Morgan is an experienced professional in transformation and project management within the health and social care sector. Currently serving as Interim Senior Manager of Transformation & Value at Powys Teaching Health Board since May 2018, John has held various roles including Transformation Programme Manager and Senior Commissioning Manager. Prior experience includes Acting Senior Partnership Manager at Powys County Council, where John led the Start Well Partnership Board, managed a team of Strategic Commissioning Managers, and contributed to the Children’s Services Senior Leadership Team. John's extensive career at Powys County Council also included roles as Strategic Commissioning & Projects Manager, Planning, Performance & Contracts Manager, and Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, among others. John holds a Certificate of Credit in Commissioning and Purchasing for Public Care from Oxford Brookes University and a Master of Chemistry in Chemistry for Drug Discovery from the University of Bath.
