Sophie Brooks

Sophie Brooks is a Health Information Manager at Cancer Research UK, having progressed from the role of Health Information Officer since November 2021. Prior to this position, Sophie served as a Skin Cancer Pathway Navigator at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust from April to November 2021, and as an MDT Coordinator and MDT Tracker at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust from July 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Clinical Trial Coordinator at Re:Cognition Health, focusing on international phase 3 clinical trials for Alzheimer’s medication, along with a role as a Student Phlebotomist at Viapath, where Sophie received OCN Level 3 Adult Phlebotomy qualification. Additional work experience includes customer service roles at Tesco and Marks and Spencer. Sophie holds a First Class Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Surrey, completed in 2019.
