Ingrid Larsson is a seasoned clinical nutritionist and licensed dietitian with extensive experience since August 1990 at Sahlgrenska University Hospital. Ingrid has participated in various national projects related to obesity and nutrition, including contributions to national guidelines and knowledge support for healthcare, particularly through the Nationellt system för kunskapsstyrning and Socialstyrelsen. Notable roles include membership in expert councils for Cancerfonden and nutritionsfakta.se, as well as serving as the scientific secretary for Svensk Förening för Obesitasforskning. Ingrid holds a Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of Oslo, completed in 1990.
