Joel Gonzalez serves as the President of the Chihuahua Pacifico Chapter of CanCham Mexico, focusing on enhancing the Canada-Mexico business community across multiple northern states. In addition, Joel holds the position of Representative for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico for the Northern States of Chihuahua, Sonora, Sinaloa, and Durango. Joel also works as the Director for Carbon Market Project Finance at Vida Carbon and is a Senior Partner at ALN Abogados, specializing as a mining attorney with over 20 years of experience in legal services for various mining companies in Mexico. Joel's expertise includes M&A, due diligence for project finance, land tenure rights, environmental permitting, and mining compliance. Joel received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from ITESM Campus Chihuahua from 1996 to 2000.
