Martin Bača is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and operations within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Team Manager at CANCOM Slovakia since October 2019, Martin has held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of the Service Management Team and Team Manager of Operations Excellence. Prior to this, Martin worked at T-Systems Slovakia s.r.o. from July 2008 to September 2019, where responsibilities included Head of Shared Infrastructure Engineering, overseeing architecture and engineering for ngena, and Senior Service Chain Operations Manager, focusing on process management and quality reporting. Martin's career also includes positions such as Head of Team Voice, leading diverse operations for Cisco Voice and SIP Trunking, and VoIP Specialist. Martin holds a Dipl.Ing. degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Kosice, complemented by an education from the 8-year grammar school in Giraltovce.
