Jacqueline Turner has a diverse work experience in the field of demand planning and commercial operations.
Jacqueline started their career at William Grant & Sons in 2008 as a Customer Relations Co-ordinator, where they built strong customer relationships and managed sales orders. Jacqueline also handled a 12-month rolling customer forecast.
In 2012, Turner transitioned to the role of Demand Planning Analyst at William Grant & Sons. In this position, they drove global demand planning activities and managed a wide range of SKUs across multiple brand variants. Jacqueline was responsible for creating and maintaining an 18-month demand plan and collaborating with the commercial team to interpret sales plans and trends. Jacqueline also conducted monthly review meetings to manage short and long-term demand forecasts.
In 2017, Turner joined C&C Group as a Demand Planner. In this role, they effectively managed demand for the UK and international markets. After two years, they were promoted to the position of Head of Planning, where they led planning activities for the company. Most recently, they assumed the role of Head of Commercial Operations GB, where they oversee commercial operations for the company.

Jacqueline Turner attended the University of Strathclyde from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian and Marketing. During their time there, they focused their studies on the fields of Marketing and Italian. In addition to their degree from the University of Strathclyde, they also spent a year studying at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia from 2001 to 2002. However, their degree name from this institution is not specified.
