James Hayes

James Hayes is currently the COO at Candela Coin. Prior to this, they worked as a contractor for the U.S. Department of State from November 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they worked as a defense contractor for multiple companies from April 2011 to December 2021, where they held roles as a program analyst, finance analyst and senior logistics analyst. Prior to that, they served in the U.S. Coast Guard from November 2002 to April 2011, where they were involved in maritime response, law enforcement and search and rescue operations for the first five years, and then provided finance and logistics support for the remaining years of their enlistment.

James Hayes has an Associate of Science from Vincennes University in General Studies and a Certification in Lean Six Sigma (GB) from Villanova University.
