Charlene L.

Charlene L. has extensive experience in the field of analytics and data science. Charlene started their career as a Consultant at Performix in 2003. Charlene then worked as a Manager of Analytics at Cambridge Interactive Development Corporation from 2003 to 2009, where they managed a team and implemented best practices in data architecture and reporting. Charlene then joined CIDC as the Director of Business Intelligence, overseeing a BI organization and implementing SLAs to support global business users.

In 2011, Charlene became the VP of Analytics at IQ Associates, where they specialized in high-performance data warehousing and advanced analytics. Charlene also served as a BI Consultant at Fidelity Investments during the same period.

In 2015, Charlene joined LogMeIn, initially as the Director of Business Intelligence and later as the Director of Advanced Analytics. In these roles, they led projects focused on data-driven decision making, customer conversion, retention, and predictive modeling.

Charlene then worked as the President and Principal Consultant at dashudata.com, providing consulting services in big data, data engineering, and data science. Charlene later joined Medical Specialties Distributors, LLC as the Director of Analytics, where they built modern data platforms and automation practices.

Currently, Charlene is the Director of Business Insights and Analytics at Candela Medical, a global aesthetic device company. Charlene'sresponsibilities include building self-serve data platforms and addressing business challenges through advanced analytics.

Charlene L. has a Ph.D. in Computer Modeling of Physical systems from Northwestern University. Charlene also holds a Post Doc. degree in Biological System Modeling from Harvard University. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner in December 2018. Charlene also completed a Machine Learning course from Coursera and obtained a certificate in January 2017.
