Harshad D.

Harshad D. currently serves as an Engineering Program Manager at Candela Medical, a position held since February 2020, and previously occupied the role of Senior New Product Introduction Engineer. Prior to joining Candela Medical, Harshad worked at Abiomed from January 2017 to February 2020, where roles included New Product Introduction Engineer II and Process Engineer I, contributing to product introduction, manufacturing process optimization, and yield improvement. Harshad's early experience includes a Manufacturing Scale-Up Engineer Co-op at Abiomed and co-founding the Northeastern chapter of INFORMS as Vice President. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University.
