Katy Sears Feltner

Katy Sears Feltner has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Katy is currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Senior Director at Candela Medical since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where they held various roles including Logistics Project Director from March 2021 to March 2022, Director of Global Planning and Inventory from February 2019 to May 2021, Senior Global Planning Manager from January 2018 to February 2019, and Supply Chain Manager from July 2013 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst from February 2012 to July 2013 and as a Quality Engineer from March 2007 to February 2012.

Katy Sears Feltner has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1999 to 2003. Katy'shigh school education was completed at Cheyenne Mountain High School from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Katy has earned two certifications: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in June 2014, and Black Belt Certification (BB) from Johnson & Johnson in October 2013.
