Lesley Fronio

Lesley Fronio is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product strategy and commercial marketing across the medical device and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Group SVP of Product Strategy and Innovation at Candela Medical since August 2023, Lesley previously held roles including Chief Commercial Officer at Lungpacer Medical, where responsibility included advancing FDA breakthrough device technologies for safer patient ventilation. With a strong background at Vyaire Medical, KCI, Allergan, LifeCell, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, and ETHICON, Lesley has consistently demonstrated leadership in various capacities, including marketing and general management. Lesley holds an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a BS in Allied Health Sciences with a concentration in Cytotechnology from The University of Connecticut.
